The Pleasure Boat Inn and Dyke This has the hallmarks photograph from a motoring magazine. The Jaguar 2.4 was announced in October 1955 so, judging by the trees, this phtograph was probably taken in April or May 1956. It is, perhaps, the first to show the new extension on the Pleasure Boat, hung with cigarette and sweet vending machines.
